Freedom of movement! The M1 Home Gym is a very versatile cable gym. It contains six pull points and requires the user to balance the weight stacks whilst performing the exercise. Building coordination as stabilizer muscles are required to provide balance. Having complete freedom of movement using the cable resistance allows for greater range of motion. This increases muscle involvement and further improves results. It’s just like using a set of dumbbells where you can do exercises from all different angles.
The six pull points offer 1:2 resistance for functional training capabilities with a much greater range of motion.

The period of time is 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
